February is a cold but happy month for me.  As of February 7th we are celebrating our 34th year together.  Playing together with these friends has been and remains a great experience for me.  Thank you to all who have supported us through the years.

Thanks to all who came to see us recently at the Brick Oven and the One World Cafe.  It's been great playing at these venues.  Great food and management of both places have been very supportive of us and our music.  Recently we've had a significant increase in folks attending our performances and thought we're not sure why it is - we are very appreciative.  We look forward to seeing you again in the future.  BA

8-27-06 Thanks to all who came out to see the band August 26th, at The Brick Oven in Morton, Illinois.  It has been way too long since our last performance in Morton.  This one was great fun.  We're planning on doing it again soon, just working out the details of available dates.  We'll keep you posted here on the site.

8/19/06 Thanks to all who came out to hear us and support the music at Hickory Ridge Concert Series at the Dixon Mounds Theater.  I've heard of this performance venue for years, but have never been able to attend or perform on the concert stage due to scheduling conflicts with our weekly gig. Anyway, this was one for the record books.  I wish I had recorded the night.  What a great night.  Full house, great listeners, sound system sounded great and the band was really on fire.  We ate pie on the break and got to chat with a lot of old friends.  Standing ovation and an encore.  We were stunned, those things don't occur in the pub and eating establishments.  Reminded me of old times in the coffeehouse and concert series.  Special thanks to Chris Vallillo and Steve for helping with the arrangements and the gear.  BA

7/22/06  We were pleased to be asked for a return engagement at One World Cafe (1245 W. Main, Peoria, IL).  Bob and family ate there on Friday 7-21 and got to hear Ed and Janet Kaizer jazz quartet.  Great music (even without guitar and vocals).  They are such fun and yet highly skilled artists.  Amazing nite.  My brother in law was blown away.  BA
